Bin wall vibrators, also known as bin wall vibration motors, can serve as vibration sources for vibrating feeders, vibrating conveyors, vibrating hoppers, vibrating chutes, and more. They are widely used across various industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, machinery, and others. Bin wall vibrators are employed to prevent and eliminate "blockages" and "arching" phenomena in various types of bins caused by factors like internal friction of materials, deliquescence, static electricity, component segregation, etc. They can also be used to remove adhered materials from bin walls and pipelines. When selecting a vibrator, the shape of the bin and the characteristics of the material should be considered to choose a vibrator with appropriate vibration force. For example, conical bins, due to their greater surface stiffness, may require a vibrator with relatively higher vibration force, while pyramidal bins may need a slightly lower force. If a single unit does not yield satisfactory results, two or more units can be assembled, or the bin wall vibrator (also known as a bin wall rapper) can be directly connected to an activator inside the bin to enhance performance.
